Processing time

All items from Cushion Cover and Decor are handmade to order.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Delivery time begins after your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom delivery

UK shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to the products in your order.

Once dispatched, UK delivery normally takes approximately 2–4 working days.

Your order will be sent using Royal Mail or another suitable delivery service, depending on the size and type of parcel.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

International delivery

International delivery is available to selected countries.

Shipping charges and available delivery services are calculated at checkout according to the destination and order.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Please remember that our 5-working-day processing time applies before international orders are dispatched.

Customs, duties & import charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may be applied by their country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may occasionally cause additional delivery delays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of courier disruption, severe weather, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
