A beautiful pattern, I can’t wait to use it this Christmas on the dining table! I contacted the seller as I hadn’t received the item within the estimated delivery time, and they immediately sent me a replacement, which arrived quickly. They were very helpful and attentive and fixed the issue as soon as they were made aware!

Item arrived and is lovely but with no tracking to another country. Even though I received an etsy email to say it had been sent and a tracking button. When I questioned seller, they said there was no tracking, but they would hear when parcel arrived? strange.
Did take a while to be sent and arrive. Overall happy with product, seller a bit blunt.
