     Delivery :


All items will be sent within 5 working days . 
Please include a mobile number or email address so that the carrier can contact you if needed on the day.

If you have not received your parcel please notify us immediately (within 7 days of lead time). Please note parcels can not be tracked after 30 days of being posted so we can not be held responsible for parcels lost if you have not informed us in time.

Buyers are responsible for any tariffs, duties and fees that may apply.

All my items are handmade to order and cannot be returned. The computer monitors can display colours slightly differently , so We can offer a swatch request service . For a small fee , We can send you a small swatch which will display the major colours in the design

We only except return for  Faulty Items  .

If your item is faulty/damaged we will offer a full refund including return postage cots. 

If your parcel is damaged we ask that you please email us straight away at cushioncoveranddecor@yahoo.com  with photographic evidence so that we can process a claim to the delivery company.

Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.
