We do hope that you will be happy with your order from our shop .

All my items are handmade to order and cannot be returned , unless there is a manufacturing fault or defect .

The computer monitors can display colours slightly differently , so ee can offer a swatch request service . For a small fee , we can send you a small swatch which will display the major colours in the design

We only except return for manufacturing fault or defect  Items .

 

If your item is faulty/damaged we will offer a full refund including return postage cots.

If your parcel is damaged we ask that you please email us straight away at :

 with photographic evidence so that we can process a claim to the delivery company.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
